Things to do in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell WITH the Kids
In no particular order here are some fun things to do in my area with the kiddos.
Boise aquarium-
Be sure you get fish to feed the stingrays and the Plecos. They are so fun and are sure to put a smile on your face. Be sure you check out Groupon! They may have a sale running.

Zoo Boise-
Check the encounter times before you go and you might be able to feed the giraffe while you are there. Zoo Boise has really stepped up their game lately and the kids are sure to enjoy it.
Discovery Center-
The discovery center is full of hands on activities that make your mind wonder about how different things work. Check out their website ahead of time as you may need an appointment to go in.. thanks covid..

The children’s museum-
We went here and had a blast. To me is geared towards younger kids but I’m sure lost of ages could enjoy it here. The kids can make their own pizza in the play kitchen, watch the chicks hatch (assuming you go during the spring), dress up and put on a play and so much more!
Pojos-
FUN FOR ALL. We take the kids here for their birthdays. Pojos has a wide array of games and is great for the whole family. On top of that, they are budget friendly. We can spend $100 bucks and be set for a whole afternoon of fun.
Julia Davis Park-
Feed the ducks and ride the paddle boats at Julia Davis park. This is sure to put a smile on anyone’s face! If you ride the paddle boats you will definitely get a good workout in. Most of the time I’m the only one paddling.

Roaring springs-
For us, this is something we only do once a year. We are frugal and find it hard to spend the money to come here. I’m order to make it a little cheaper you could bring a small grill or pack a lunch for a picnic in the parking lot. We always have a fun filled day when we visit!

Jump Time-
A warehouse full of trampolines. A great time for most of the family!

Drive-in Theatre-
Drive in theaters are always fun! Bring some blankets, snacks and drinks and cuddle up in your car or truck bed. I really enjoy the Parma Motor Vu drive-in theater but if you are looking for something a little closer the Terrace Drive-in is in Caldwell, ID. Check what movies are playing and times before you go!

Kleiner Park-
This place is amazing!! So much land to stroll. They have splash pads, playgrounds, fishing pod and if you are there on the right weekend you may even catch a car show that the kids are sure to love.
